U know why? Because this TRAINED soldier KNEW he had JUST committed a crime & he had to come up with a "story" quickly! But what Nic was totally oblivious to was the fact that the video he saw being taken of him earlier, kept rolling as he straight GUTTED that boy, stabbed AND sliced open the young lady, & stabbed the others. That smirk he made before the stabbings was as if he thought, "They just don't know what they are in for!" Although I feel these young people DID taunt him, Nic Miu felt humiliated & wanted revenge. The fact that he was calmly lying about it to the cop in the car as well as that BS story he created at the station tells me he knew what he did and he was trying to create a story to get himself out of it. I love people saying he had PTSD and stress-related lying is common. Really? Then why did his lie have everything do with the stabbing, and not just a nonsense story that had none of the details in it? Amazing his story made him innocent also. What a hero! Fought off 2 kids with knives, and disarmed one of them and stabbed the kid with the knife he got from the kid! Right. No, this guy went back to teach them a lesson. He wanted the encounter. He wanted to slice the kids up. And he doesn’t even mention the encounter to his friends? I wonder why? Bizarre. Anyone in his position would fear for their immediate great bodily harm/death. Even one good shove in his vulnerable chest could have killed him due to his QUADRUPLE bypass heart surgery only 1.5 years prior! If his head hit a rock in the river when being pushed down, that would be death or serious brain damage. There was a possibility of getting water in his lungs and drowning. If you are afraid of someone do you walk up on them? Defense attorneys own words. Meanwhile Nic claims he was scared for his life yet approached the teenagers by himself like a madman grabbing their legs and tubes aggressively. He never walked away until after stabbing 5 and killing 1. He calmly got back in his tubes after throwing away the murder weapon. He tried to lie to police and act like he wasn’t involved. Then, when that didn’t work, he tried to lie to Belize and investigators by saying 2 boys had knives. Then, when that story didn’t work, he lied again and again and again and again As a teenage boy what would you do if you saw a grown man hit a girl or woman? Defend her correct? That was the only self defense that happened. Those boys defending a girl from a 52 year old 240 pound man. Who approach who and wouldn’t leave after being told to do so over 20-30 times ? Nic Only willfully ignorant losers think he is innocent 🤡🤡🤡🤡
@anti-ethniccleansing4658 ай бұрын
He can be charged for obstruction and hiding evidence for his lies after the event, but rational people know why he lied. It wasn’t because he’s guilty. It was because: 1) It’s well known that people act irrationally right after a very traumatizing event, saying and doing things w/o truly thinking them through properly because of fight or flight mode’s affect on the mind/body. Adrenaline is a hell of a thing. And 2) He didn’t know there was video taken of the incident, so in his mind it was his word versus the word of 13 young adults that had already loudly lied about him and defamed him from the beginning, which kicked all of this off with the inciting of a mob action. In the interview at the police station, Miu says very clearly after the officer says something about him acting in self defense: _“Yeah, but this is Wisconsin,”_ and _“people who defend themselves end up being accused of being this and being that...”_ He obviously thinks that if he were to tell the truth, and nothing but the truth, he wouldn’t have ANY chance at all to be seen as innocent under the law. He thinks if perhaps he just tweaks a few facts, it will give him the edge he needs. And I’m sure that his memory of how things went down was very unclear too, because of how fast and traumatic the ordeal was. The brain goes into protection mode by blocking things out and making things up that didn’t actually happen. I truly feel for the guy. He acted out of panic after the incident was over, which is understandable. He has an unblemished record, and has never been a problem with any of his friends/co-workers/spouse from their testimonies. No background at all of violence or anger management issues. His wife testified to the fact that she still loves him. They had to get a divorce to protect their assets. Someone at his age doesn’t just suddenly, randomly become a mrder. His age and very poor health meant that if he hadn’t defended himself, it is very likely he would be the one to have died that day. Even one good shove on his chest could have done it, because of his recent QUADRUPLE bypass heart surgery! If his head hit a rock as he was being punched to the ground, he could have died. They might have even drowned him. He was in a VERY vulnerable state, and those “kids” were treating him like a punching bag!
