Might sound odd but a shallot Tarte Tatin served along side your favourite cheese is an absolute banger! Mango is also lovely, pineapple too.. and pear!

I served this at room temp, but I personally like to flash it in the oven until hot before serving with a big scoop of ice cream! It’s totally up to you though.
