How much time it needs the fan evaporator will start working

I have a LG model number LSC27921SB and was wondering if you had any videos on changing out the evaporator fan motor?

As an electronics engineer, personally, there's no way of knowing if the fan or the control board is at fault, just because the fan doesn't rotate, doesn't mean it's broken, this is what I did after removing the old fan motor, and before replacing it with the new one: After plugging in the new fan motor, let the fan hang over the bottom panel, then turn on the fridge, if the fan starts up, then it's the fan that was broken, and then follow the procedures for closing up the panel and re-inserting the shelves, and so replacing the fan motor fixed it, but if the new fan doesn't rotate, then the control board needs to be fixed by a professional engineer. Luckily, it was only the fan in my fridge that broke, because the evaporation coils was still cold.

Unfortunately, we have no control over what the manufacturer charges for the parts. Our parts are brand new and come with a full one year warranty on them.

Is the fan assembly the same for all frigidair side by sides? I've got one that's pretty old and my fan just died today so my freezer is freezing but I'm not getting any cold air blowing to the refrigerator side

It sounds like my evaporator fan starts and stops about six to eight times and then starts up what could that be
