Watched your video, then found another one that was much easier. You don't have to remove the ice maker or any other part of the ice maker to replace the fan motor. Remove the 4 screws for the bottom panel and remove it. Then remove the two bottom screws for the upper panel and you can easily pull that panel up and out of the way to access the fan motor. The aluminum is so thin, the panel can be pulled up without damaging it. I pulled up the top panel and reinserted the top shelf to hold the upper panel up and out of the way.
