Apps a Blind Person Uses - What's on my iPhone X? Top 5!

I was asked recently what are my favorite apps I use for my iPhone X? Well if I'm going to share an app, I'm going to make sure it's accessible with VoiceOver, and can be enjoyed by both blind and sighted folks.

I am pretty impressed with that Microsoft seeing AI app. It is amazing what technology can do for the blind and vision impaired. I love the barcode reader. I dislike the age guessing though lol as It always says I am old :P Great video man. keep it up.

I love blackbox. It's the best mobile game ever. It helps me know my phone better. The latest puzzle is about font size.

I have a 6s and use VoiceOver also the time, and it even works with things like Snapchat and most of Discord. Also check out a game called A Blind Legend!

I haven't had the best experience with Snapchat and VoiceOver but maybe's it's improved?

When did you start using Snapchat? I started late in 2016 at some point and it still doesn't always read buttons correctly. Fortunately my friends have been willing and gracious enough to let me experiment with it.

I know it’s kind of banal, but I love using iBooks in conjunction with the speak screen feature (swiping down with two fingers)o. Instant audiobook.

Currently my favorite apps are pandora for music, OSMand for offline gps and maps, and cozy magnifier for my eyes

Is he blind or just legally blind

Hi! I'm legally blind with pretty significant Nystagmus which depending on the point in the day or strain on my eyes can actually cause me to have no usable vision at times. But even when my nystagmus isn't significant, my vision is still a little beyond the legally blind mark. Hope that helps.
