Namaste and thank you! I've been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching Kundalini for 8 years however debilitating Lyme disease has had me off the mat for the past two years. Recently we bought a house with a pool and I know this is exactly what I need. I feel like a total beginner again and your video coupled with your energy is exactly what I was seeking. And I love that you incorporate the sound current! So appreciated!

What temperature should the pool be?

Pool temp would be ideally 90-93 F, but if your water is cooler, just aqua jog in between poses.
