Water change is once a week. I don’t use the twinstar lights.

Which of these plants will do good without co2 but with good lighting? (Or the other way around)

All of them in this case, but they won't be as compact, lush or fast growing. Provided you avoid the algae issues. Althernatera, Nesea and Monte Carlo would grow the slowest. For example I never had any luck growing Hemianthus Calitrichoides 'Cuba' without CO_2, but Monte Carlo seems to grow.

Your videos are one of the major inspirations for me to start a planted tank. It has been a week since I have started the DSM with monte carlo and S.Repens, but I am facing a couple issues. The colors of most of the MC have faded from lush to pale green and dripping of the leaves of S.Repens. Both being TC plants. So is it normal for the first week or should I be concerned? I keep the lights on for 10-11 hours and mist once a day. I am also keeping the cling wrap open for at least 20 minutes before I mist.

Yes 27 is high!

Micrathemum, Rotalas and Althernatera would handle 27 °C, but only althernatera would be red, other plants would be green. I've tried that, but changed the tank in question more towards Black water. I wouldn't get any colours on Rotalas, but green. Also I used to add CO_2 in that tank, which is tricky with higher temperature for multiple reasons. IMO 22 °C - 24 ˚C works best for most plants.
