Correct Information. Good video. Raw sugar should be avoided completely. Instead eat ample quantity of fruits. Small amount of Jaggery is good to sweeten tea/coffee. Salt and oil should be minimised, not completely avoided. It is rather not what food you eat but how it is eaten. Try to eat more of steamed and baked food. Avoid fried food.

Our body has the tendency to store fat in specific areas... If you have man boobs, and if you have somehow reduced it with proper diet and exercise,still you need to continue it ,,, there is no stopping!!! Or else fat deposits back again... I too have it... From my experience, a minimum of 100 pushups are to be taken daily, along with full body cardio.
