5”9 163lb size 9 boot would this board work for me. I was looking at the 149 or 152 What binding would you recommend

I would go 157. The 149 and 152 are narrow and meant for a much smaller boot as well as a much smaller rider overall. A 9 US men's with your weight and height would be much much better going 157. Or if you want to get into more detail hit me up here. shop.thegoodride.com/merchandise/gear-advice/
