i honestly just refuse to call this warwick, they never called him warwick in arcane either, so to me its just a predecessor to Warwick. Either singed will make a second one or just somehow continue his work on Vander. But this just isn't it. it completely ruined and changed Warwicks lore. I didn't mind the whole Vander stuff. but they should have made him more and more into the WW we know, not make a complete 180 on who he is

Wolf-head warwick honestly wouldn't fit into the story and vibes of Arcane lol, I mean...I think most people love Warwick in this show for Vander, and they still needed to have a physical-connection for Warwick to Vander, and making him turn into some...random drugged-up werewolf without any resemblance would be weird af lol. I just can't see how Warwick having a full-on wolf-head calling Jinx "Powder" and embracing Vi and Jinx and etc...would be as emotional and serious as him still resembling Vander. Arcane would have to OUTRIGHT say some Warwick with a wolf head is Vander, but that'd kinda go against the whole "show don't tell" thing of the show.

@sivel7493 Yeah true the whole point of Arcane is that it's BEFORE League Of Legends, meaning it would make sense that warwicks transformation is incomplete, he still has ways to go before he is the way he is in modern league of legends but it was still sick to see him in action

Warwick is probably my one of my biggest issues with S2. The emotional significance he has on Vi and Jinx is absolutely brilliant but like my guy looks SO GOOFY like this omg I would've loved to see him as the wrath of Zaun with his game design for the finale ngl, I wasn't a huge fan of him just being another forced member of the Viktor fan club

He only looks goofy here because everyone’s used to his appearance in League. This design is very representative of his place in Arcane’s story; he’s become an extension of Viktor and the HexCore, stripped of everything that previously defined him.

Absolutely devastating seeing Vander lose his memories entirely after being augmented by the Hexcore. People complain about the design, but it’s supposed to look that lifeless and soulless compared to his previous one, because he’s just not in there anymore. Viktor wanted to erase the emotional side of humanity that compromises reason and erasing it in the primal Vander left him as truly nothing. An empty husk. It feels sickening after watching him embrace and love his daughters a few episodes ago, they truly killed him.

Dog Warwick was probably a first form that we didn't see. While Singed was still working on him, he was trying to work him down to a more controllable human form that could be used for Viktor. That still can mean that he was roaming through Zaun, rampaging (like in the cinematic) and going back home at singed, during that brief timeskip when Viktor was building his town. this has to be it since they officially said everything is canon.

I don't know what everyone's yapping about I'm glad Arcane didn't follow the Lore and appearance of the game. It would've made things too predoctable, diverging from the game gives us players a taste od something new and can be surprised about deaths of even league champions.
