Hi Jim! They absolutely can be! But I wouldn't say that they act as a replacement for a multi. Normally superfood and greens powders don't have a high enough vitamin/ mineral content to do so unless it's specifically formulated for that purpose - like AG1 for examle: drinkag1.com/en. - also why it is so expensive. Most of the time, they are just nice 'add-ons' to provide a little nutrient boost or provide you with certain phytochemicals (like antioxidants) that maybe you wouldn't be getting otherwise.
