Thank you for explaining this. Knowing what it is reduces the fear of this when it happens. Now I can say "Oh its anxiety" and I can just accept what it is without the fear that something is wrong. And I can focus on slowing my breathing down.

Glad this helped Colleen. Regarding the breathing, that will slow down whether you focus on it or not. Another good thing to remember. :)

Thank you for explaining it! ❤ It has been the most unpleasant sensation that I've lived, most of the time at night! I help myself with somatic exercises and release tension before go to bed! I find them very helpful. Your videos have been a relief to me. Understanding anxiety in a different way! with optimism. I appreciate it! Blessings for you and your team. I want to buy your book but I am not sure if is this possible to deliver to Colombia? Or Can I buy it to read online? Thank you.

Katharine, I'm so glad the videos have been of value. You can order the book from Amazon, so I think you can get this sent to Colombia. If not it's also available as an audio book. www.amazon.co.uk/Clear-Your-Head-enjoying-without/dp/1999764137

Diane, You're absolutely right. This video is more about how anxiety CAN create these sensations and how it's a natural response rather than a malfunction when it does.

I have health anxiety and have had pins and needles and twitching for 4 months. Is that anxiety?
@TimBoxMindCoach4 ай бұрын
@@Hisusi_Het I always advise getting any physical symptoms that concern us checked out with our doctor, but if any tests done all come back negative then anxiety can absolutely cause these kinds of physical sensations.

I started having these symptoms after i had a chronic health scare and being in a long state of apprehensiveness. Most symptoms have resolved on its on without meds or therapy, but the most lived symptoms that keep sticking around is nerve firing or paresthesia in my feets, sometimes the sensation moves up my thighs n butt, it distubs my sleep too. Sir is this common with anxiety? Also my med test is negative and all clear no issues.

You've done the right thing by getting the medical side checked out. That allows you to put your mind at rest and accept these feelings as natural. Don't think of them as 'symptoms' of anxiety, but just a natural physical reaction to certain emotional responses. Hope that thought helps.
