Coconut oil saturated fat isn't bad for you like the mainstream says!

Most are factory ultra processed, washed in petroleum solvent, bleached, deodorized, etc. We are eating about 20 times more of them than ancestral folk did. Coincides very tightly with with the explosion in obesity and chronic disease in the western world.

Level-headed approach. Your theory makes sense…. Most people on any diet are going to change a lot of things on a diet. I personally use coconut for cooking & skin 😁

You are also mistaken on olive oil and LDL. Does it raise it? Yes. Is it large buoyant and this cardiovascular lay neutral? Yes. It's the small particle LDL that needs attention

Seed oils do cause inflammation because of the lack of moderation. People recommend to cut them out because of the shear amounts of them in foods. They are made with hexane and petroleum products which take out a lot of the good in them. Plus many of these research studies have been funded through food companies. Third party independent research should be the only research considered due to bias

Very true - it's the ratio that has become imbalanced. When there is over consumption of Omega 6 it can block the pathway for absorption of Omega 3.

So I’m one of those people freaking out about plant oils. What worries me is that many of them are - apparently - subject to heat when the oils are extracted. Which apparently makes them trans fats. And then they are bleached. Do like your advice to avoid added oils in nut butters and other foods.

Trans fats are super unhealthy for sure. But the clinicals of those consuming seeds oils doesn't point to them being inflammatory, which is what I am speaking to in this video.

You're sharing some excellent information

Thank you. It's a topic that's very heated right now. People get emotional about it!! And it's honestly become somewhat of a conspiracy theory.

Thank you! I never bought into the all seed oils are dangerous idea because it didn't make sense that if I got some raw organically grown sunflower seeds, ground them in my mortar & pestle and filtered out the solids, is the oil unhealthy? Should we not eat seeds, then? I've also seen small studies that suggest consuming high oleic sunflower oil will lower LDL and raise HDL - although low heat applications are probably best.

If you link to the studies, I'd be happy to take a look. Generally, seeds are fine.

Someone that praises man-made seed oils & demonises natural saturated fats should not be giving nutritional advice.

We can only follow the credible science as health care professionals. If you want to do a deep dig into clinicals watch Gil's video that I linked to below.

I think you missed a good chuck of information that is important to know about seed oils. Im getting my information from many different sources but all are the same.❤Ahki Awakened is a healer I follow as well for information and he's credited❤ I'd like to point out that when you cook an oil, this is where it can change and collapse and become gunk in your body. Im not saying its all oils so do your research as you should. However, I wanted to point out how this can be harmful and why people who are struggling with making the right decision when we have all these different types of oils. 😊but ya great topic to shine some light on❤blessings❤gratitude

I refuse to follow anyone demonizing seed oils. Major red flag.

Yes, I understand about heating the oils. But, I'm looking here at the question (and looking to answer): do seed oils cause inflammation in the human body? If there is data on heated seed oils causing inflammation the human body, I would love to see this data.

Blah blah blah, still waiting for data
