You watched his highlight reels and thought he was great, but you completely ignored all the things that you see him sucking at right now. No one actually believed just plugging in a rookie QB would change everything in one year. Everyone knew the offensive line issues went unaddressed. The defensive got worse because all focus was on defensive end. We have small defensive tackles. Our linebacker group is average. They thought they had a new great offensive coordinator...screwed that up though.

Pittsburgh has won the same amount of games with Justin Fields and Russell Wilson. Fields isn't playing bcuz of the difference between a 4th and a 6th is substantial. Pittsburgh will pay 6th round and trade Fields for a 3rd. Fields is better than at least half of the starting QBs in the league at this point.
