I love this! This game could be called Costume or Custom, where you decide whether a pinterest outfit is so full of trends that it looks like a costume, or if it is customized to their personal style? Just an idea.

love this! Personally think that denim jackets arent really a trend of this year, they have been populair for ages and probably wont go out of style soon. They have been getting more popular tho.

i think what’s popular is denim on denim!

it was a very fun video - I must say however that I think the point of whether an outfit is a fit or a trend does not necessarily depend on the pieces in itself but more on the styling. thats why to me the big belt outfit and the leopard print jeans were not trends but fits - outfits that could easily survive when being styled different, whereas the sweater over the sweater was such a trend, just carrying an extra sweater is so trendy atm :D

I found some of the 'fits' to be extremely trendy. For example, Luna's baggy jeans, the specifically ~butter yellow~ sweater over the cardigan, the LV top handle. (it's a styling I have seen over and over this year!)... anyways, fun video idea! Hope to see more

thank you 💗! and you’re right! butter yellow could be on the trendiER+ side

i definitely agree with all of these except the big belt one, mainly just because the outfit imo is pretty timeless for the most part (plain long sleeve top, neutral skirt, leather boots). the belt could be considered trendy for sure even though those belts were already super popular in the 2010s and are just coming back. but i do like how they incorporated one 'trendier' piece into that outfit and didn't overdo it. there is nothing i hate more than trend layering; to me it just feels like a way to try and fit in by mashing all of the trendiest stuff together rather than using trends as inspiration/opportunities to experiment if that makes sense. same goes for overdoing designer logos, like are you wearing this stuff because you actually like it or are you just trying to show off/fit in

Totally agree, sometimes it can feel like a costume when they over-do the trend layering 😩
