Definitely think you should teach a sumo wrestler to flip.
@Muttsist
@Muttsist 5 жыл бұрын
A lot of them already can. It's a misconception that they aer all fat. In reality they are a wall of muscle with added fat for a strategic weight advantage. Think of a linebacker or rugby scrum guy in the middle of bear mode (bulking). Although, it would be cool to see in HD. Yes, there are always execptions to every rule. A handful of wrestlers are definitely more fat than muscle. However, the general rule is to have more muscle than fat.
@hoofhearted4
@hoofhearted4 5 жыл бұрын
@@Muttsist it has nothing to do muscle or fat. Simply getting that weight to flip would be extremely hard. Tom literally said that in this video.
@Muttsist
@Muttsist 5 жыл бұрын
@@hoofhearted4 I agree with you. I guess I still suck at explaining myself clearly. Sorry about that. I was implying that because of their muscle/fat ratio, it would be more than possible. Especially since there are videos of them backfliping anyway. Granted thats usually with their hands. It would be cool to see them catch air time.

Hey Tom, highly recommend Lasik. I did it last year, it took maybe 10 minutes, and I got 20/15 vision with improved night time vision as well. There's definitely a short recovery period after where things seem a little fuzzy, but having done glasses and contacts before, I'd say Lasik is the way I recommend the most.

I didn't care much about my vision problem for 10 years. Then I tried soft contacts, wore them occasionally for about a year. Then I got lasik, it was 2 years ago, no problems by far. 6 month ago I also paid for lasik for my little brother, his vision was ridiculously bad (-6.5 and some astigmatism), he wore contacts for 10 years. Now he's super happy, even though he's got some vision artifacts due to a big correction. I definitely recommend lasik, but also recommend starting with soft contacts to just get accustomed to how good your vision can be.

man it would be a dream to learn a backflip from Juji + Tom. I have this chip on my shoulder from back when I competed in TKD Jr. Olympics 15 years ago and didn't place in patterns due to not being able to backflip(this is when XMA was on the rise and people started getting a bit more fancy)

Ay Tom i'd HIGHLY reccomend LASIK. I got it 2 years ago and while there are some side effects, which you would obviously discuss with the Dr, I don't regret it one bit. Waking up in the morning and just getting to see for free like everyone else is almost indescribable. If you're concerned about night vision degradation being a deal breaker for you, ask about the Alegretto laser. It's one of the newer ones and works better for that, but you might need to actually namedrop it if you want it used. That was a tip from a nurse at the place I went. If you have any questions just ask
