Utilizing my coping mechanisms much more than ever before. I forgot to say exercise! I have also been going to the gym when I least feel like it- that’s the best time to go. If you can just get there and get started, you’ll want to keep going. You’ll feel better after. I hope you can find some hope, too.
RAK; go and visit a friend who is down. Don’t let them isolate!
