Finally! A reason I can’t do body weight exercises. It’s ok to start in the gym with machines! I can’t do a squat or a lunge with correct technique. Thanks!

Please link the video of the single leg squat you spoke about. I am experiencing what you are talking about now. Outer hip pain. Side lunges cause the pain to start. I can tell the movement confuses the mind body connection and I use the wrong muscles.

I can’t do lunges without excruciating pain. I have turf toe. Or what feels like a broken toe that has been going on for three years.

I found this conversation ridiculously difficult to follow. Some very fundamental concepts were discussed in such a convoluted way that it was hard to get anything out of it. Optimize for enjoyment… good grief. It’s like consulting-speak. Training tools and concepts could be conveyed in a much much more effective manner…

Peter Attia Layne Norton still has my head spinning. This talk was good, but I totally hear you.

I found your comment moderately beneficial without being overly judgemental or critical about the aforementioned video presentation. 🤭

From one physician to another, this was the goofiest dude to have on your otherwise exemplary show.
