Bahot Sahi kaha aapne . I started working @22 age and changed 9 companies till 34 age and got experience working with third class to first class people. My experience is : Never work for your Boss or Company. Jab chutti chahiye to tumhare bina kaam kaise chalega aur at the time of increment same boss will say tumne poora saal kiya hi kya jo demaad rakh rahe ho. Always work for yourself... Be it naukari or business..

I started working at the age of 26 now at the age of 49 I am ready to take early retirement waiting for my 25 yrs to complete , to take the full benefits of funds and pension then will enjoy my rest of the life . My personal private business is set up. it took me 7 yrs . Now I will go through my rest of dreams before I die. Well I was a doctor whole of my profession but now changed my field to transportation bec I enjoy it more

I have just left blood sucking pensionable job in LIC on 31st Aug 2022 after 13 years of service. I started MF distribution business on my wife's name in 2018. And I am very satisfied that I have fully replaced my primary income with side hustle.

I m naukar from last 15 yrs after doing engineering and hard work. But I have done something different. I use naukri as cash flow mechanism to own stocks, mutual fund from last 15 yrs. Networth 1.04 cr and every month increasing, zero loan. Job is not going to make u rich. Only asset is going to make u rich and so what do naukri as naukar and build wealth. I am in same role from last 15 yrs but changed company 4 times. From CTC 2 lakh to 26 now.

मेरा भी यह wrong belief था की starting years(25-30) मे companies ज्यादा नही बदलनी/switch। जिनके पास बड़ी कंपनीज का ऑफर हो वो अपना अगर वह grow हो रहे तो कोई बात नही। छोटी कंपनीज मे switch करते रह सकते।
