As a previous 997.2 owner, you need to assume that you'll need to refresh suspension components. Even with low miles, time has elapsed. Bushings on control arms will be old and timed out. It's called F80, because they will build them until 2027, which is the 80th anniversary of Ferrari. Kenneth is right. Ferrari is based on nostalgia. In addition to the cars that Kenneth mentioned, there is also the Roma ( La Dolce Vita). Without the nostalgia factor, this Ferrari will also lack the performances. Against the 1.200 hp, 1400 kg Mclaren W1, the Ferrari will lose all the races and it will be also less exclusive than Mclaren, which is also cheaper
@steven_taylor_2 ай бұрын

I think Kennan slipped some of that caffeinated water into Doug's water bottle..! But I thought of something while they were talking about the new Ferrari: I think if Ferrari, or maybe Lamborghini, were smart, they'd build a version of something like the Elise (only a touch wider). Imagine it; a small, lightweight, Targa top, mid-engine, naturally aspirated V6 manual. Shoot for 2100 - 2200 lbs, somewhere between an Elise and a Miata, with a serious diffuser like on the Tourbillon or Valkyrie, to provide great downforce so it can hit some serious speeds. Price it like a Boxster, and for the love of God just INCLUDE all the options up front so you're only choosing the color and wheels! They'd sell like freakin' BIG MACS...!! Anyway, just fun to consider it: an Elise built by Ferrari or Lambo... Personally, I think that would rule!
