I just found your channel, and I LOVE your teaching. I finished my YTT in December and see a lot of my own teaching in yours. You were so "real" when you forgot where you were going next - it was extremely endearing. I really enjoyed the sequencing, especially your cueing in firelog pose (the bane of my existence!). It helped me to surrender a bit more. Please keep posting videos, they are wanted. :)

That was the first ttime I did the lunge where you walk your foot to the edge, and it felt so relieving for the hips. Thank you for your videos, it has become my go to yoga channel.

Thank you very my Arianna Elizabeth, this stretch was so very much needed by me. I have been doing Yoga for 5 months now, I must say I really love your style of teaching & your soothing voice. incredible flow!!! most of the time I struggle with boredom during yoga videos longer than 15 minutes, when you said it was the last pose i was shocked. you have a comforting voice, chose perfect poses and i am feeling great. hoping you have your own studio now ✨

my hips and lower back have been so tight (i really need to invest in a better desk chair) This was such a great release and stretch. Also i didn't realize how much tension in my body. your prompting through the shvasana was so key to help me release all this inner tension. Thank you so very much!!
