WOW! We need more barre fusion! I always say I do pilates because it is the most elegant type of workout and reminds me of my early ballet days, but this workout is another dimension of art! I am so sweaty now yet I feel so graceful. Every time that I compliment your video somehow you never fail to amaze me with something new. Keep up wonderful work my queen🥰.

And a small request for these workouts, I could use minimal cues during stretching too. Maybe just the name of the stretch, because for example in downward facing dog I have no idea what is going on screen🤣...

THIS COMMENT! 🥹🥹🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽 Thank youuuuu!! I temporarily closed my studio since my husband and I are moving soon, so I went back to filming in a home setup (which I personally love and missed so much lol) so it's nice to hear that someone else likes it too!

I loved this workout so much! I've been doing your workouts here and through MadFit for awhile now and really appreciate your variety! I read the comments before so guessed right away the pulses were to 8 count, so that wasn't a problem. But i would prefer cool down stretches narrated because i have to break the stretch to check out the video to see if we are still holding or moving on. It reduces the amount of stretching i could be getting. Thank you for what you do!

But I should have put that on the screen 🫣or mentioned it so thank you thank you for that explanation/critique. It's genuinely so helpful for me to hear so I can adjust when filming the next class! 🫶🏽🫂🥰

I almost never comment but just wanted to say I actually loved having only music and dings for the second round! It allowed me to really focus on my body and alignment. I agree with others that a second ding when pulses are complete could be helpful, but I just counted to 8. I do wish you talked us through the cool down so I could have maximized the stretch (I missed a few postures because I wasn’t really watching my screen). Other than that, loved it!!! Please do more in this format!!

I love pilates- barre fusions - such a great class. But I agree, that it would be helpful to have a sign when pulsing is over. And I recognized that I’m more motivated when I hear you talking and counting 😅 ❤

I liked this class, but something to know when the pulses were over would be helpful as I looked over and often you were in a different pose so I didn’t know when the pulses stopped-thank you!
