ARK Fjordur: Fortfied Helm's Deep Build Tour

In this video I give thanks and show you around the fortified helm's deep build. With some subtitles explaining some inspiration behind the build itself.

No collision building is on
The only things S+ in the build are some gates and the torches inside; The rest is all vanilla.

This is beyond amazing. I can only guess how much time, effort, materials, and creative energy went into this. Great video showcase as well. While I don't know if I will ever be so ambitious, it does give me some inspiration for future projects, as I just moved to Fjordur and am scouting base locations.

Sick build man! If I may suggest, place mannequins equipped with bows on the walls to make it look like you have actual guards. I also thought of lining the courtyard with mannequins before to make it look like the castle has a standing army but your crafting area looks amazing too! As for the area with the waterfalls, I placed two greenhouses connected by a bridge on top of the river but you already have a green room so it's not really practical for you to have that "castle garden" area.

Absolutely loved this build I have been looking everywhere on fjördur for cool tek base builds and yours is by far the best maybe in the future you can do a complete build guide! Also if by any chance you'll do another build on fjördur I suggest the cave at the very top of the map, has lava on the front and part and a water pit and pre built homes in the back! Looking forward to your next base! Amazing work seriously!

I have my base in the exact same castle. Your build is awesome! However.....I have only one complaint.....and it's just a personal taste thing. I much prefer building in this castle with the stone structures because you can maintain that natural castle look & feel. Like I said, it's just a personal preference thing. But man this build is sick!! Great job!!

I've been using that walled off area outside with the waterfall as a Snow Owl/Gacha sanctuary. I keep the Gachas on wander and go down there from time to time for Gacha crystals.

Just an idea, the last part of the video you had mentioned that you don't know what to do with the top, an idea is that people are excavating away at the rock, don't know how you would do that but I wouldn't be surprised if there were some cool drill mods for Ark

Like « Aaron longstaff » , I beggan to played on ark pc few month ago ( before I played on mobile for years ) and I played on some each dlc in order, I haven’t finished yet, I stopped at genesis to go to fjordur, and as I always like build I share the bases I built on the diff maps on my KZbin channel ( this is not the same quality as you my pc isn’t very good 😂 ); so I come across a video that made a beautiful build on the spot I chose to install, and that’s why I would like a tutorial haha , MORE THE TEK BASE IS WONDERFUL + 1 sub

@@CodyKish indeed, have you thought on making maps on 3D software or even making "Films" withing the game and building your own sets? I remember theres another channel doing so with the eplorers notes and so withing the lore but you could make yours withing fjondur or even write a story yourself. The builds are just top tier. Theres also another channel called Aaron Longstaff who does it in a more architectonic way. You combine in game functionality and even lore wise aspects that are really unique.
