Found this asana for the first time some day ago in one practice of your 30 days challenge! A disaster, I was confused and couldn't understand how to do this pose. Here I am, to learn how to do it! Thank you, Charlie 🌹 Namasté 😊 🙏💗🌹

This video was amazing, Charlie! A few days ago I decided to learn this pose because I realized that I need some challenge and freshness in my yoga practice that has been really stagnant lately. The first arm balance I learned was bakasana, and it took me years to be able to actually hold that pose for more than one second. I was always afraid of falling and hitting my face. But this time I felt much more confident in myself, and somehow I knew that I wasn't going to get hurt during this practice. I couldn't lift my bum up fully yet, but it was a little success for me that at least I could lift it away from the floor. I really, really enjoyed this practice and I'm going to come back to it regularly. Thank you for creating this video. Namaste.🧘♀️🙏🥰

I enjoy learning different way of entries 😎 When I learnt eight angle first time I used to go into the pose from twisted seated position. Nowadays I enter from elephant trunk, which feels amazing 🙂

I couldn’t get myself up , maybe I should start lifting weights? My arms are not strong enough.

The only weight you need to lift for yoga is your own body weight ☺️

@@CharlieFollows I see. I guess I should just keep practicing , not adding anything extra
