Hello Rebecca, I am 53 years old and I have been exercising with you for over 2 months now. I just happened to come across your videos on KZbin. Thank you so much for all the awesome videos. I have noticed my abs taking shape and my legs feel and look fantastic, especially the inner thighs. I have been using your leg workout with weights. I also love your arm workout. Wow, I am so happy I found Rebecca Louise!!! At 61 I was swimming a mile a day but needed MORE...so I searched and here I am. My stomach has started to shape up, my arms I do twice a day and they are getting stronger!!!! Thank you for going slow with the exercises..not only can I do it but I keep up and complete every video I do with Rebecca. I spend 50 minutes here, 20 min on bike, and I am the water aerobic instructor at the YMCA too. I'm loosing slowly but wow what definition I'm getting. Again, Thank you Rebecca

Finally-a FULL workout where there is hardly any fluff at the beginning and the end, just straight to the workout. And it's longer than 10 minutes w/o having to be in the burn program.

All the way through, feeling accomplished. Biggest tip don't ever stop, if you have to have a set of 2lbs next to you so you can drop the 5lbs on certain exercises if it get too hard.

I am 55 years old and I have been exercising with you for at least 4 years now, I was diagnosed with severe osteo-arthritis, I have been having a little trouble doing some of your exercises now, but I keep trying, if you have any you think will be beneficial to me let me know, thanks, love watching and exercising with you

This ended up being exactly what I wanted. kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 I get the flexibility of multiple dumbbells without taking up the space of a whole set. I have a very small spare room that these and a bench fit perfectly into. Like others mentioned the size of these are a little bigger/longer than traditional weights so they aren’t the perfect solution for everyone. However, if you're looking for a flexible and space saving design for a home workout I’d recommend these.

I just found you a few weeks ago. love your arm work outs. I'm going to be 50 yes old in Dec. I've lost 45lbs so far without working out. but now working out I feel better. I still have 30lbs to go. but thanks for your arm work out as I get better will try other of your videos love you, Rae

One of the best arm workouts I've done! I'm gonna definitely do this in the future too!! It was killing me, but I'm just starting to come back to working out after 4 weeks of nothing. Really felt the burn!! Wow it was so good😁

This is great - incorporates a lot of new stuff. I've been using her "how to lose arm fat" for a couple of years. BTW I had to reduce dumbbell weight from 8 to 5 a year ago because I developed pain/arthritis/tendinitis in my thumb joints and wrists.

Hi Rebecca, this is great exercise, you put a lot of motivation on this! My question is.. I am 46, and I follow you all the way.. but sometimes it's kind of hard. Do you think, I am forcing myself too much, or is it normal by tired.. just wanted your feedback! My son says this is really good!

Hi! This is Rhea from India and I love your routines! The best, after going through so many other people's. I just have a question. So, I do this particular routine on alternate days and do another routine of yours for chest muscles on the other days. Is that okay? Or am I not giving my arms enough time to rest? I really need to work my chest muscles too as well as arms and this one is heavy enough so I end up switching between the two everyday. Would that be effective? Should I continue it this way?
