Wish you speedy recovery brother, im doing Devon's style pronation, and it's making wonders for me, directly translates on the table for toproll, especially in straps. Little tip that helped me lift much more weight in that lift is tense super hard for 1 second before pulling, I uploaded me doing it, maybe it helps you.

Feels better than it should. Keep worrying I’ll re-injure it but I was doing some heavy rice and back pressure with it last night and it held yp

Was hoping an arm wrestler would tell me honestly. It seems to be a standard move for testing your strength level in the sport. Back pressure with a pronation force against it seems to be an important strength for the sport

It helps attack other persons wrist, directly attacking the cup, great exercise for toprollers
