If you haven’t watched it, go back to classic Doctor Who and watch The Pyramids of Mars. Sutekh is a classic villain who is more powerful than everyone the Doctor has ever faced put together.

By some strange coincidence, I watched a classic DW that was on because I loved Tom Baker and that happened two weeks ago. Now, I see Pyramids of Mars is the actual new bad guy with this Doctor!! So crazy how that happened.

Thanks, Derek! ⏳ The other step-uncle of 'Rose' is David Tennant's version of 'the Doctor', still around since the specials. 🔸 Wild to bring back a villian from an episode from 1975. And, as you noted, the same voice actor, Gabriel Woolf, at age 91 (four months away from 92) has returned. Good for him!

I think Ruby is a Demigod, Mrs. Flood is really Susan Foreman, and the TARDIS is Sutekh's gf/wife

YUP - The voice of Sutekh is the same as from Pyramids of Mars with the 4th doctor. The actor is in his 90s. SO HAPPY they brought him back :)

He voiced all three -- although only because I read that online. I've been meaning to get to Classic Who. It's kind of hilarious that the series that was sold as being so welcoming to new viewers brings in a villain from Classic for the finale.

I think Harbinger and Susan Triad are the ‘mummies’ of the original story. Possessed by Sutekh to do his bidding. Think Mrs Flood is Susan, the doctors granddaughter.

I wonder if Ruby is the grandaughter of a yet to be born timelord. Would explain why we cant see her mom yet if she hasnt even been born. At least if the exchange between 15 and Kate is to be taken literally.

Ruby is Susan and used the thing to make her human and forget she’s a time lord like the doctor done in series 3 with the fob watch. The person who dropped ruby/susan off on Xmas eve is Susan but the original Susan so ostensibly she’s dropping herself off 🤷🏻‍♂️🙈😂 or something around the lines. Ruby’s mother will be the doctors daughter jenny who is now the kind woman regenerated from original jenny 🤷🏻‍♂️ either that or original Jenny will return. Just a guess and then what if ruby dies and then regenerates into new companion varada the actress from boom. And similar to capaldi choosing the face of guy from fires if pompeii as a reminder who he is.
