Down here we just call them Registration Stickers or just "The Reggo" for short. The cars are just the same because there's a limited number of virtual models by default in Source Filmmaker. Some of our wheat growing areas are not the most fertile, so it's actually not surprising to see a combine harvester in a place like that. That said though, the map early in the video showed the location as somewhere in the vicinity of Alice Springs. I've tried Googling just now to see if there are any wheat farms there but couldn't find out for certain. (PS - We don't have alligators here; they're crocodiles).

Context for those who don't know: In TF2 trade lingo, a "quickseller" is someone who (for one reason or another) desperately wants to sell off as many of their items as they can, as _fast_ as they can. Wearing hats in Australia is extremely important, along with sunscreen. Australia is, more or less, right below that massive hole in the Ozone layer, as a result, much more UV radiation gets through.
