Army Painting with Army Painter Speedpaint 1.0 & 2.0 🎨 Ghamak Miniatures

Is Army Painter right? That their Speed paints 1.0 and 2.0 are true one coat solition for miniature painting? Today we do army painting with Army Painter Speed Paints 1.0 and Speed Paints Metallics 2.0. This is not a full army from Ghamak miniatures, but this is my first time painting more than 10 miniatures in one sitting.
So is ‪@TheArmyPainter‬ right? That the Speed Paints are a one coat solution for army painting? Can you produce good quality painting in such a short amount of time and the painting feels effortless?

I’ve been using the 1.0 set and they have been pretty good. The reactivation happens more so with moisture rather than rubbing. So if you layer a regular acrylic paint over the speed paint, the speed paint could bleed through. If you layer white over the red it will get tinted pink. It just depends on how wet your paint is. Those skeletons look great!

@@DonSuratos welcome! It can be an advantage or disadvantage depending on how you are highlighting. I think the no coffee stains has to do with the medium’s formula. If the volume gets too flooded the recess can look stained. Some colors work better than others. I haven’t used the 2.0 yet but I’ll be buying them as needed in the future.

You did make them look good, nice work. I still wouldn't use AP over another brand for contrast style paints when given the choice.
