New York is absolute Clown World under that DA. Heavily intoxicated driver almost kills me, my parents and girlfriend in a drunk driving incident where he rear-ended us going approx. 120 based on tire impressions, while we were going around 70. Car blasted to smithereens in the back half but miraculously we all survived. DA held him to simply a plea deal and he gets out in a couple months (this happened only 6 months ago) under DWI, not 4 counts of assault with a deadly weapon. DA should be locked up; this guy has a criminal history dating back to the 2000’s of burglary with a deadly weapon, grand theft auto, assault, etc.

POUNDS) of Meth, heroine, and pot in his car, multiple illegally obtained firearms, and was intoxicated on meth. After a year of getting the trial put back, he was offered 6 months probation. Hey Donut, I noticed that your left pupil is more dialated than your right. This is known as anisocoria, and it might be worth getting an appointment just to get checked out. I noticed it because I developed the same following a pretty significant concussion, and didn't feel right not doing what I could to let you know. It's probably nothing, but you didn't have this in your old videos. Any changes like this are worth following up on. While I'm here, love what you do. Keep it up man :)

Some things in the UK suck for sure, but trespass is just civil case... As Sid Rawle said "This land is MINE ... Until someone takes me to court and proves otherwise!" A phrase I used a few times when parked up in my old truck before I got my narrow boat (squatted some towpath until they gave us permanent moorings too in Wolvercote Oxford... good old days those)

My fire department had a smaller version of the bobcat. First a trailer next to a modular home caught fire, seemed to go out on its own before we arrived. Few days later a shop behind the house caught fire and the boys were on it pretty quick, not a lot of damage. Week later a call came in that a man was inside the modular home with a bobcat and running through the house. Sadly, I wasn't on this call but, I went by the next day. He had run all through every room and through all four outer walls. The long portions had two holes in each side. The cops waited until he was done. In the end it turned out it was a family matter. The parent had passed away and a dispute started over the estate. A brother was in charge of the estate and declined to press charges. House was so tore up they had to tear it down.

Hows this a fake crime? Online harassment is still harassment if anything inappropriate was said or done to a child do you not think they deserve somthing doing about it? When does it become real when mr peter file goes and abducts a kid? When he 🍇 s a kid? No if kids arent safe online then the services need to be dealt with as do the unsavoury animals that go around doing stuff to kids if you dont agree then my only conclusion is pedo sympathiser and thats not a good title to have dude go get help

The stories are nearly as bad as in the UK a public piano in St Pancreas train station, was put in isolation due to some Chinese TV crews complaints about pianist Brendan Kavanagh's (DrBoogieWoogie) touching of a flag and calling them Chinese. Where first the police turned up, then the piano, which was donated to the space by Sir Elton John, was put behind tape, quarantined and had security guards put on it, you'll be glad to know the pieno is free again.

In the UK several THOUSAND people a year are sent to prison for posting mean memes or posting wrongthink on the internet every single year. Police investigating online meanness is no joke, people could legitimately go to prison and get records over this.

That guy that told everyone to get back when the cop pulled his service pistol on the “murder mittens” (as someone in the comment section dubbed the kill dozer) definitely had situational awareness & kept their heads, good job
@vvhitevvabbit647911 ай бұрын
That wasn't situational awareness. That was just responding to an officer pulling a gun. Situational awareness would be telling people to get back well before the officer pulled his gun, knowing that officers would have to use deadly force. So the last thing everyone should be doing is gathering around the window with their phones.

As an avid VR enthusiast and user that is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Imagine saying "I was graped over the internet via text." If someone is doing something in VR OR online that is making you uncomfortable/upset/angry/offensive you can block them, mute them, report them if they break the games TOS... or hey... if all else fails you can always leave the game or jump into a new lobby. Seriously 69 IQ mindset to equate this to real grape.

Best second story window job. 1980's Australia. We went to the court to see a fraud case but it was called off so we watched the worlds dumbest drunk. Gassed someone in a Sydney Pub, cops grabbed him, assault with a deadly weapon. Beer glasses count down here. Trial date set, he was a no show. New trial date set a few days later; the day our fraud case was supposed to be on. The perp showed up: right arm in plaster, right leg in plaster, head held together with bandages. He could barely walk. The day his first trial was scheduled for he went back to the pub. All the mates of the guy he wacked in the face was there with intentions of grabbing a few before going to the court to testify. The perp got chased around the room and jumped out the window. On the north side the windows at street level. On the south side its 2 stories over an ally way. The van parked there did not know what hit it. He got sent back to hospital because the judge did not want to inflict the moron on the prison medical staff. The second case was even funnier.

as a brit the sad thing is that these will be reported more and more and if you walk into someone on accident they will accuse you of assault and stuff like what sometimes happens irl, even though it isnt real, the thing is that with in like 5 years time there'd probably be a case where someone or multiple people go to jail for touching someone even if not inappropriately online or bumping into them (which would probably be assault )

Not to mention that bobcat has an emergency exit plexi glass window on the back. You could jump on the back where its a huge blind spot, punch out the window and taze him. Wasnt the smartest kill dozer.
