Hey great bash at the skate park! 🤘 I want to change my shocks too, what viscosity did you decide on in the end! How are your experiences with the Upgrade Diffenrentials so far! Looking forward to more GROM videos..😊

Thank you👍 I ended up with 40 wt oil but I think you could do 50 or 60 wt with no problems. The metal diffs are holding up. No issues. I think they are a must, just check the fluids in them before you install them. Mine were half empty.

Great video man! What kv does your motor have and what motor is it? :)

@@t3floz thank you. I used the hobbywing quickrun 2435 motor 4500kv. It is insane on 3s and gets super hot.

@@RevelationRC oh okay. Because I’ve seen many other people use the grom on 3s and it seemed like it could only do 1 backflip for them like when you where using 3s. That’s something that have been putting me off buying this car but when you drove it it did backflips so easy just like my e revo 16. And btw is the grom from heavy? And what pinion did you use? :)

@t3floz I'm using a 16t pinion. I like the 1/16 revo better for sure. I was easily pulling quad flips with this gearing. It's not a heavy little truck but I'm not a fan of the steering. It was very hard to keep straight.

@@RevelationRC I just feel like you have to dump a lot of money to make the e revo 1/16 durable and that it still won’t be as durable as a grom or a mjx. What’s your experience with the e revo 16 durability? I haven’t upgraded mine yet because I don’t know if it’s worth it since i jump very hard and hate to work on my cars

@t3floz I broke my mini revo all the time. It was a pain lol I upgraded to rpm all the way around. That helped a lot. The grom is definitely more durable.
