Tully looks like such a sweetie. I have been watching Jess Karp for about 6 or so months now. Her work is just stunning. When you mentioned an artist using a dry erase board, I immediately thought of her.

Thanks for sharing your Vlog (and Tully!) with us all, Sharon - great to see you 're active in the studio again. That 'Art of Beatrix Potter' book looks gorgeous (as you might recall from my recent comment on Instagram, I've been a big fan of her art for 50 years or so) and I see it's currently available on Amazon, reduced from $40 to $22.49 - talk about tempting! I definitely agree about Jess Karp's channel - a couple of months ago, she did a superb fountain pen sketch and then a full watercolour painting of a historical yellow building on Florida's south east coast. Acrylics are shiny, acrylic-gouache should be matte Great for scanning and designers. Some gouache artists dig the fact that once dry it doesn’t lift.
