Russia is not the richest country yet the local authorities still have the good sense to build good quality calisthenics parks near high rise accommodation where working people live. Here in Australia you have to go to rich suburbs to find anything resembling this equipment.

So. I used to work at a boxing gym that taught a cardio kickboxing class. One of our best trainers was teaching that class, to a 98 lb college gymnast. While training her with a kick shield, she put him on his butt with one kick. Gymnast muscle is no joke.

Time under tension is an important facet building big muscle ; after seeing some Gymnasts with massive bicep peaks I decided to try out the concept of increasing my time under tension myself on all sorts of body parts especially the biceps . Gonna get some of those hanging hoops soon so I can do some hanging holds after actual weighted sets of curls and such; with the hypertrophy and added time under tension it should give that big ass gymnast bicep look !

Gymnasts are crazy flexible and strong upper body. Wish they didn't skip leg day as much tho. There's this one guy in my gym. Swole af. Upper body. chest, bicep triceps. Swole. But when you look down, hmmmm. I'm just saying that when you're gray and old, a strong foundation will decide if you can still walk or need a walker or worse a wheelchair. Don't forget your lower back and legs bois.
