I'm over 70 seniors old and have not been able to exercise properly over the last 2 years due to major surgery and several falls. Also, have a knee replacement. This chair exercise has been invigorating and yes a bit sore, but I know I did very well. Thank you for getting me to move the upper body. Looking forward to working out more.

A have just discovered your exercises about a half hour ago, l am 84 years and have osteoporosis, l had right knee replacement 3 years ago that still gives me sharp darts of pain and it's never felt normal since. I'm so happy I've found your chair exercises. As many people have said I'm so glad there is no background music which is very distracting, I love the clarity of your voice, so easy to hear what you're saying, thank you so much for that. I was unable to do the exercise to put one leg up and rest it on my other knee. Love your energy it makes me feel so good. Thank you. Ireland

Hi ! I have been doing thieve exercises for more than 2 years and sometimes I add weights to the exercises with the armas and legs. I am 73 years old and my only problem is the knee artrosis otherwise I am very healthy. I thank you for the excelente programs that you have that are very accessible and with excelente results for the senior population. Thank you!!!!

I'm 52 yrs old and I have been taking painkillers for my knee pain, foot and finger pain. I have gout for many years and I think its developing into athritis. In a desperate attempt to find relief, I came across this video and have been doing this exercise for 3 days. Thank God that the pain went down to 10% which is bearable and have not been on painkillers. Will continue to do so and see how it progresses. I also try to catch the morning sun and drink more water.Thank you for sharing the video.

I really appreciate this video because rheumatoid arthritis is what's caused me to be disabled. Please continue to make more excercise videos for people with severe arthritis!!! There are several factors in exercises cure joint pain. One place I discovered that succeeds in merging these is the Pabs Pain Pundit (google it if you're interested) definately the most helpful plan that I have ever seen. Check out all the interesting information .

Going on 65 and noticed I have knee pain in both knees especially at night. This is day 1. I will do this daily and see if the knee pain is alleviated. I will let you know!

Hadn't done much except walk first of last week as joints hurt due to weather changes. Got in mile one day and almost two later in week. Then got a foot of Snow! Yes snow. Did arthritis workout today and feel better. Hopefully will get back on track this week.

I'm 17 and have been diagnosed with rheumatology arthritis and fibromyalgia. I get pains all over my body and am not able do everyday things bc of my pain. I find it very difficult to get out of bed bc the pain is too much, thanks for the video I'll be following along. This exercise has helped alot and it's only day1

I am greatful I crossed this video. I have pain In my knees and hips and it hurts to move. Plus according to this video. I'm doing the wrong exercise🤦🏻‍♀️ I've been trying to lift weight. The excercises in the video are more gental and feels alot better on my joints. Thank for this video🙏🏾

I’ve just noticed your video. I’m very bad today stiff with pain Psoriatic arthritis & Osteoarthritis. I did the exercise & felt slightly better. I feel pretty dreadful because I also have fatigue which hits me at times. Like now. I’m hoping the more I go along with the exercise programme my pain will ease & I won’t feel as stiff. Snap! Crackle! Pop! Sounds like Rice Krispies in my neck! 😂 I’m not THAT old , a mere 60, but yours are the best exercises I’ve found so far. An am warmup with you enables me to MOVE freely enough to effectively tackle my prescribed PT moves! Could you do a program on maintaining mobility when traveling? Those long RV days leave many of us hobbling more than ever!!
