Well they say he's been clean lately, so he's likely to live for a while at this point. It's amazing he didn't die earlier though. A lot of people thought he would die on stern. Every addict is different, some make it, and some die very very quickly.

I been thru withdrawal a million times thankfully im clean now but i never once thought about drinking during WD cause it helps...ur so sick that the thought of alcohol would make me sick

It really was. They make a mockery of his heroin addiction after this for years for good radio. Howard always did that though. There's nothing he wouldn't talk about if he knew people would listen.
