Omg the paint brush with the hair 😂🙈🙈 the tray shirt is actually pretty cool! It looked like a watercolor pattern! 😍

You can actually use watercolor to dye fabric. I made a costume last year for a convention doing it! You wet the fabric, use your watercolor paints on it to make a pretty design (Not anything detailed, just pretty color gradients). Let it dry (on a FLAT surface, any ridges/bumps/wrinkles will make the color settle and they'll be stuck that way), and then go over the whole thing with a wash of Fabric Medium and water (2 parts water to 1 part fabric medium). Then you let it dry again and give it a good heat treatment by throwing it in a dryer (Don't try to dry the fabric in the dryer as it will transfer the color to other parts while it's still wet) or going over it with a hot iron (as hot as the fabric can take without being damaged) And voila, watercolor dyed fabric! I even tested my costume's fabric in the tub with hot water and laundry soap and it didn't run at all!

I’m to lazy to clean mine I just leave them in the water for day’s after painting until I realize I should pour the nasty paint water out and wash my paint brushes

You literally just get soap and put it in the palm of your hand and wet the paint brush and then you rub the paint brush in your hand where the soap is and when rinse the soap out or you could go to the dollar store or any store that sells face wash stuff and get a silicone makeup brush scrubber and put soap on that and scrub your paint brush on it or you could take a cup that you don’t mind only using for your paint brushes and get a hot glue gun and put dots of glue and lines and zig zags in the bottom of the cup or bowl and let it dry and then just put water and soap in the cup/bowl and then just rub your paint brush on the bottom of the cup/bowl

But the easiest way to clean your paint brushes is just put soap in your hand and scrub your paint brush that way

I use the sponge+clothespin “brush” with my students for imitating the color blending found in Impressionist paintings. I feel it works best with the sponge slightly damp, and we tap up and down instead of smearing. We use this to blend yellow and green paint for grass in a Monet inspired garden picture. Makes a wonderful texture!

It's not designed to pick up glitter, but lint. Even all vacuum cleaners don't pick up glitter, it's super hard to clean.

Late to the party but it's the Time of Great Toilet Paper Famine across the world. I've been checking out KZbinrs. Funny thing is that I did 2 of those hacks in elementary school. Around 1st or 2nd grade we were given sponges on the ends of clothes pins (or pegs for our across the Pond neighbors.) We had autumn colors and made some sorts of trees or shrubs with them. It was a lot of fun and I assume made for easy clean up / disposal. Around 6th grade we made handkerchiefs with the melted crayon method. Our teacher handled the iron. Put into that context, I bet a supervised child would have a blast with the comb art. Not exactly hacks for the serious artist, though. You're a star for chopping off your own hair.
