From the highly anticipated album.. DIGITAL DAD
@crossbowneilchristina34383 жыл бұрын
Hmmm....all I can say is "Dad" is playing some of the coolest synth licks I've ever heard, singing awesomely, and could probably lay down mind blowing tunes that you'd be worshipping if you thought a 22-year-old hipster in skinny jeans made them. I wish I had those chops and instincts.

I think that was probably the weirdest demo I've ever seen. That said, I'd love one.

No the drum brute one was weirder. This one the spinning camera just made me a wee nauseas
@zentriceggofficial7 жыл бұрын
I guess you don't understand music without a techno beat eh?
@sophia_lazar7 жыл бұрын
if your talking to me, then my comment came out wrong.. the performance/music is the bees knees. (I went to Berklee Boston when it was still a jazz school in 1991, i think i understand enough music without a techno beat, friend, for two lifetimes, after that lol.:):) just saying they filmed it oddly.. I actually bought the drumbrute expressly for the purpose of producing non-housetechhousetechhouse jazz tracks alongside my fretless bass :):).... I just thought the drumbrute video was fillmed oddly too. I dont think it was bad, weird is not bad. I live in Austin. Keep it weird.peace love unity respect
@zentriceggofficial7 жыл бұрын

That is a great demo, and one of the first I've seen that demonstrates the synth's capabilities by guys with real keyboard chops. Beautiful playing, and extra points for rocking that Vocoder! Seriously great, great playing.

Greetings Arturia Staff, Engineers, Company from USA! This demo is exceptionally well done! An observation, on a rare vinyl lp & 45rpm record site I noticed many of the records I checked for "wants list", 70's thru early 80's Soul & Disco-Funk, the really rare and hard to get records are almost always listed by record sellers in France. It only makes sense that a French Synth company would know these music genres well and make sure their synthesizers could produce those great sounds. This demo is proof, could be a coincidence ...

I still think the synths missing some Saturation warmth which you can find in old synths, I think it has something to do with clarity these days and everything being stereo it pushes the sound in your face and ends up sounding cold.
@bitmaster20005 жыл бұрын
Would I be able to create this demo on 1 synthesizer instead of 2? So: to record parts of the song first (on the synthesizer) and then fill in the rest while playing?

On a decent audio set up this video sounds pretty great. I expect this machine to have flexibility as well as a solid sound. Now..I am wondering about the presets, how solid the controls feel and how long it will take to make a few dozen new sounds. The wait has been nearly a year since I ordered this.....
