the tingling finger thing (despite how much of a gay joke it sounded like lol) can be a sign of neuropathy (there are other things it could be but). my mom had something called peripheral neuropathy and her hands would hurt then like lose muscle control randomly or they would tingle but most often her fingertips would go totally numb. anyway what you described reminded me of that. definitely see a doctor because regardless of if it's that or not, early intervention can prevent really extensive lack of ability in your hand!

I’ve said this on my old account before, but I am almost completely confident that Ashley probably has a type of EDS, a lot of her symptoms are similar to mine and I have classical type. I also have fibromyalgia and RA and so much other crap LOL

hey preston, yeah im getting it all checked out dont worry haha. bare minimum, i have very hypermobile joints, but i have a lot of the other symptoms too. i just started acupuncture and it is a fucking life saver.

@@ashgavs Holy crap, thank you for replying :-) I haven’t been able to start it myself but physical therapy is very helpful for a lot of individuals with EDS, some of them it’s not but others it is. Whatever the case is I do hope you’re able to get answers, I know when I got answers after genetic testing it was such a relief to know what was going on. After having the results read to me I actually had a moment of crying because I was just so happy right now my feelings were right, I got diagnosed back in 2019 in December, I had been struggling with symptoms, at least extreme symptoms as far back as 2016.

Tingling up the pinky side of the arm is the ulnar nerve! I went through this too, two drs id'd it pretty much immediately. Do you spend a lot of time leaning on that elbow? That's one way it can develop I guess. Mine pretty much resolved on its own, it just took a while and I had to be thoughtful about how I used that arm. Nerves take a long time to heal but the alternative my dr discussed (going to a neurologist who would go into my arm and "rethread" the nerve) was a big no thanks.
