Wow, I love that it is not perfect. It is so much more motivating to see people working on something. You only see perfect things on youtube. And that is just not the real world. Thanks, Stu and Lorraine!

Lifts are such a struggle for me but as I worked along with Lorraine, I came closer to achieving some than I have before. Thank you, Stu, for sharing the details of the lifts. Thank you, Lorraine for making the lifts seem within my capability.

Dear Stu, I found out your KZbin channels only few months ago...how I wish I had found them out earlier !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ( I hope I didn't get messy with English verbs ....) . The most puzzling thing to me is how soft her gut is. Mine seems to be almost always tense (or is it bloated? I can't really tell), not allowing the heel in and also preventing deeper twists. Maybe you could do a video on how to relax abdominal muscles because it seems to be the key to these postures.

Sharath has just recently adviced not to do these kind of lifts (like after Marichyasana B or D) as it can be detrimental for the shoulder joint in the long term
