The jump forward by Julia was one of the MOST BEAUTIFUL things I have ever seen! …So controlled and right on!

how do you know when you're ready to press into a handstand? do you have to learn to kick up into one first before you learn to press into one?

when she jumps back to chaturanga dandasana it looks like julia is landing lower than the height of the elbows. i was taught chaturanga with emphasis on the height of elbows, is it different when we're falling into the pose?

Could you possibly offer some modifications for poses where lotus is required? For example, what garbha pindasana or kukkutasana might look like if you're still working on lotus? I'm also curious if that's even appropriate. I've had some teachers tell me to approximate the postures as best I can to encourage opening, while others say to stop and move to the finishing postures when I can't properly perform the posture. In addition, what happens when the finishing postures are the issue? Thx!

what's the ideal way of practicing the lift up (0:49s) without the spotter? suck in belly, pull knee to chest raising on toes = unstable forward position at present

Love the vids but can I suggest you slowing down a bit. All your vids are great and will be even better if you can slow down the pacing and the speed of your instructions. Thanks kino!
