Thanks Chox yeah the burner makes all the difference for noodle dishes,it creates that takeaway taste but in saying that there's enough flavours going on in the wok regardless with the veg and spicing etc.

nice one alex...question we have takeaways by us in south glos where they sell special spicey fruity chicken..its a light batterd chick breast sclied then sauce with veg on top. i cant work out the sauce yet. alot of the family like it..its not spicey chilli hot thought..may have some plum sauce in it..ever heard of that one..also how about some yellow bean ones or may be chinees omlete..

Thanks John.To be honest i haven't heard of that one.I'm assuming it's a chefs special. If i could taste it i would suss it out in seconds and if other takeaways do make then they will have their own recipe for the dish so basically it's a kinda hard one for me,even a pic of the dish would be great help.Next up is a yellow bean just for you John.I think i've covered just about everything on my chanel but no yellow bean but will have now by next week,cheers John and thanks.
