If we are talking about Manila, Boracay and Cebu, then guys need to do some major looksmaxxing or try to improve themself before going to the Philippines. Because competition are increasing and it will be the same as in the west in a couple of years from now.

Funny, Reekay was scammed by girls he met boots on the ground. He talked about a girl he met in coffee shop ask him money for sick relative only to learn it was a scam. Then he got scammed again by another girl he knew well, he bought her motorbike but she took his money then never gave him her bike. Scammers are everywhere online or on the ground.

I've been in a LDR for a year and a half, I'm going to Cebu in 4 weeks we have been in communication every day morning and night. We have very extensive conversations and we are really close i wouldn't trade my time for anyone! You have to becareful but not every lady is the same!

I have known 3 men marry Filipina women over the years. Each marriage ruined their lives, I'm not even joking. The culture of seeing foreign men as ATMs / green cards / retirement plans is so ingrained in the local dating culture that you'd be incredibly lucky to find a local woman not compromised. If you are currently dating a Filipina I'd ramp up your skepticism levels 100%. If you aren't dating one and thinking about it, move on to a better national pool of women such as Taiwan or Japan.

The fact there is fewer foreigners is irrelevant. The new generation of girls is different from the older generation. I've been traveling to the Philippines long before Reekay who does not have long term experience there. I've been going there for over 40 years, brought multiple girls to the US, I'd think I'd know quite a bit more then Reekay on the long term differences in the Philippines. Big difference in the dating scene today. Yea I will agree you can still date great girls much better then the US but not close to the same as it was because the new generation is different.

^ This right here. New generation is smart phone/social media generation much more steeped in western BS. They are more feminist and hateful now. innocence and sweetness is going away. Greed is rising. Also the western agenda of women being wage slaves and not having kids is setting in the mindset. What is your take on how the women have changed?

Isn't the mobile Internet expensive in the Philippines. I love the Philippines, but everything is so corrupt. Walking up to a girl you find attractive is the best way but requires you to be brave. The dating sites are good to avoid face to face rejection before you even get started.
