Nice! Cushcore should be on every bike! I’ve installed the XC and pro versions on my rig. It took a few times to curb the frustration. Soapy lube, mega patience, and indeed a brew on hand!

Tire installed with lines along the rim evenly but there is wobble. Checked to see cushcore is seated in the center with no air and it is. What is your remedy for this?

Sounds like the tire could be defective. Was the same tire mounted up without issues? I would remove the Cush Core and see if the wobble goes away.

@@artscyclery875 Tire was fine before and also after removing cushcore. Tire is maxxis recon+ 2.8 on 35mm internal width rim and cushcore is pro version.

I've fitted a few of these on customers bikes.......there has been allot of snapped tire levers and sore fingers 🙈. There good once fitted hahaha

Hi, Can you help me why my mtb cassette hub dont freewheel and cogs sticky when tightening qr skewers? Its been 4 months since this happened and no mechanic has an answer for it. Maybe you can!
