Why do people sign different :( I'm self taught and Fluent and everytime I see someone sign different I freak out

It's probably because you sign manually, a word for word. Whereas in this video, everything's based on its concept. An excerpted example of lyrics here, "All I wanted was to break your walls" was signed in this order as "Me-wholly wanted what? To-open-your-heart and-to-understand". Now, keep in mind, it's not word for word, you don't follow or use "Me-wholly" as an "I", they're not correlated. It's a concept of that sentence that was translated into sign language. Hope that make sense.

+Kelsey Kleynenberg it's more artistic u probably do PSE and this person most likely is ASL FLUENT the original deaf language so she's more creative with interpretation

I would encourage you to get out and interact with the deaf community nearby. Self-taught language is never fluent, as fluency includes both the ability to send and receive messages of varying complexity and speed. As the others mentioned, you sign either Pidgin Signed English or Singing Exact English. Neither of those are languages - one is a contact pidgin and the other is a manual representation of English. ASL proper will be a little strange to someone learning either of those two because they're only barely similar.
