This was so calming to watch, Gibi! I totally understand about mood regulation… it’s something I’m actively working on, especially when it comes to my job. I feel like something like doing something relaxing or meditating will help keep my emotions at bay. The ziggy pasta is something I didn’t think I’d get tingles from, but here we are Edit: I think it’s that these sensory videos would be beneficial for one of my residents!
