Yes, you absolutely can use ground dry lime instead of whole dry limes. Sometimes, I use a combination of both. I find both at our local international grocery store.

Salam. You don't need to cook veggies for too long, cause you kill all the vitamins. You should cook meat Separately so you can keep your dish nutritious beside tasty. ☺️

Thank you for your video. I have no time and patient to follow all the process as you or anyone else advised following. Will you (anyone) say totally for all the process of cooking how many spoons of oil you consumed?

it is really a personal choice, if you want your dish to be really delicious and dark, then use more oil and fry the vegetables more to get darker, if you are health conscious then use less oil in frying the veggies

Salam, You still have a long way to go to learn traditional Ghormeh Sabzi. I have loved and followed many of your other dishes. But unfortunately you missed a few crucial steps and ingredients for this king of Persian dishes.

I was gonna criticize you like the other two people here but I did research for 15 minutes before speaking. There is some potential risk involved when using aluminium pots.

This is what she choosed for her kitchen, non of us business. Just pay attention to the food and the way she cooked it. She didn't offer you Aluminum pot, but the food.

That exactly what I was thinking that everyone will be fighting over the four small pieces of stew meat. Depending on how many people I’m serving, I’m using at least 1 pound of stew mean. However, I also try to add meat with bone in ear since the bone will add more of a delicious flavor to any stew dish. I usually cook this dish with Halal or Kosher Organic Lamb Shanks since it tastes better and healthier than lamb that is not “Halal” or “Khosher.”

یعنی بسوزونه سبزیو عملا. اتفاقا خیلی هم به موقع سبزیو از حرارت برداشت.یکم دیگه مونده بود سوخته بود و همه موادش به سم تبدیل میشد که البته شما بهش میگی جا افتادن.
