Great tip on removing the hard fiber off the aspargus with vegetable peeler 👍 never though of it

I know how to stirfry but didn't know how to handle the asparagus skin. Now I know. Thanks much!! But I probably won't 'de-skin' entirely. Just 2 or 3 sides will do 😊. Personally preference.

WHAT is LIGHT soy sauce?
