Love seeing chaos on the channel and the Alpha Legion look amazing. Highlight from the game for me was the lone terminator getting a friend back through Skinshift and then killing him the same turn failing the dark pact. Unfortunately I don't think you can use Eye Of The Gods on Disco Lord because the strat says it excludes Daemons :(

So I thought that the dark pact effect still activated whether you fail the roll or not? Maybe that’s wrong? I thought the roll was just to see if you take mortals or not?

Nooooo!! Luke the Chaos Undivided mark means you reroll 1's to hit when you dark pact!!! The land raider turn 1 shooting had two rerolls to hit😢

@@StrikingScorpion82 Yeah that dynamic got changed when they moved to the codex vs. Index Cards. Before, no matter what, a dark pact for Chaos Undivided meant you always rerolled 1's. Alas, no longer.

Never seen a Rogal Dorn/Techpriest take THIRTY TWO Warpsmith/Dark Pact Lascannon rounds to go down, plus a couple fistfulls of Power Fists and Demon Hammer attacks; that was absolutely ridiculous

And think about the Reaper Chain Cannon Havocs: as they've got enough dice to hit, why not making them of Tzeentch and granting them Lethals on 5+ when you are forced to shoot vehicles? And also for the Las Havocs: thinking about high T targets, maybe 5+ Lethals are better than Sustain.

However a Landraider is not only a shooting unit and must transport and get in range with everything, use assault ramp and so on ...for a few points more, if you want a shooting tank you can get some Predators, or a Kratos...😅😅

A doubt: can a unit (Rogal Dorn) use Overwatch if it is in melee? And if it was in combat, the Land Raider had a -1 to hit it...😮

Excuse for extra comments but, an interesting thing to use Vs the Rogal Dorn: Spirit Thief from the Lord Discordant, that curses a vehicle within 12" and let each Heretic Astartes unit that targets it reroll 1s to wound for the rest of the shooting phase!!!

Ok. Not really much i can do from my end. KZbin don't let me get into membership management etc. All is can advise is perhaps try again or alternatively join at Aspect Warrior Level when you can and then upgrade to Autarch or Phoenix Lord via our Patreon. We have two ways to join us at the higher tiers🙂👍
