If my memory serves, Phantom Hits are when an attack inflicts damage, but not knockback, because the attack's hitbox didn't enter the victim's hitbox, rather only made contact with it. But yeah! Great video! Thanks for uploading!

it's when a hitbox misses a hurtbox by one pixel. you still take damage from the attack, but don't take knockback.

related to the soulbreaker throw thing: when ICs freeze glitch someone, and then grab them, if they down throw or back throw, the opponent will stay freeze glitched. if they up throw, f throw, or pummel, the freeze glitch will be broken maybe theres some similarity between ICs d-throw/back throw and Mewtwos down throw?
