In all 5 years I’ve been working out with Sydney, I think this is the most I’ve ever had to pause it. I’m still struggling with fuelling properly because my body is struggling dealing with my heartbreak, so I felt really winded and weak. I really wanna feel strong in my body while my inside mentally feels so fragile so i’ve been trying to force myself to eat and sleep but it’s really hard to achieve my normal right now. On the bright side I was about to quit with 17 min left but I stayed and just kept lighter weights.

Hang in there. Your heart will heal, it just takes time. Great job on pushing yourself, on finishing and on showing up when you could have easily sunk into the couch. We’re rooting for you, we’re on the same team, keep fighting.

I barely comment after finishing a workout but this totally has to be acknowledged. My legs are on 🔥 that I can barely move them . Never understimate any of Sydney's workouts. Thanks for your effort Sydney , I totally loved this workout.

I have been doing Sydneys workouts for about 7 weeks now and wow!!!! So inlove with her style of training. Im def stronger because she pushes us to go harder n lift heavier but not just that she goes with us. She struggles with us, shes sweating with us...thank you so much! Im so greatful for finding you.. im so greatful for the words of encouragement you share with us at the end of the workouts. Wow this was intense, the sweat is pouring!! Thank you Sydney, seeing you push thru to the next weight gave me the push I needed to push to the next weight and the pacing was so great! Now that was a great workout! I can’t believe how much I’ve improved already - and we’re just over 1/3 rd through. Never thought that at just shy of 65 I could lift more than 15 pounds total. And here I am doing squats and RDL’s with 20 lbs in each hand!! Amazing job EVERYONE for showing up and doing your best!

Wooho! My legs are on fire. Way to go to squad. I do agree with putting kindness out there. However I’m never the recipient in my work it always negativity back. I’m not going to stop trying. This workout was very tough. My glutes are dying and the sweat is falling. Thank you Sydney ❤❤

Happy day ! Hit a PR .. I had to stop many times during this workout, more than I ever have before. BUT I paused to breath and DID NOT stop and leave!!! Thank you Sydney for always pushing us and getting me out of my comfort zone and picking up weights that I tend to shy away from. Feeling so strong and powerful after finishing this workout!!!
